3.1 The Committee took evidence from the Auditor General for Wales on its inquiry into the Consideration of Powers: Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.
3.2 The Auditor General for Wales agreed to provide information on whether the Ombudsman’s recommendations are ever ignored.
